Our capabilities include waterjet cutting; comprehensive machining (turning, milling); and welding using MIG, MAG, and TIG methods.
Robot Programming
MDS Systems has extensive experience in programming industrial robots available on the market from brands such as KUKA, FANUC, ABB, Mitsubishi, MOTOMAN, TOSHIBA, KAWASAKI, and UNIVERSAL ROBOTS.
PLC Programming
Currently, process control (for individual machines or entire production lines) is primarily based on PLC controllers.

Offline Programming of Robotic Systems
Depending on the robotic system, we create computer simulations using programs such as RobotExpert, Roboguide, and RobotStudio. The entire project is created in a virtual 3D environment, with positions of individual devices being selected. The designed robot path is checked and modified for process optimization and cycle time.
Design of Machine Control/Electrical Systems
We comprehensively offer all types of services in the electrical industry, and particularly specialize in robotics and industrial automation.
We have a design team that creates electrical systems using EPLAN P8 software, which is currently the leader in computer-aided design of control cabinets and entire machine and installation projects.
Vision System Design
For our Clients, we also provide services in the implementation and modification of systems based on vision systems, as well as vision-based barcode readers, QR codes, and DataMatrix.
We offer comprehensive solutions starting from conducting tests related to selecting devices with appropriate resolution and offered inspection functions.
