Robotized production lines
One of the primary applications of industrial robots is in welding and brazing processes. The use of robots in these production processes enables the manufacture of top-quality products, ensuring very high efficiency while maintaining significant flexibility, which allows for quick changes in the production profile without incurring excessive costs.
For many years, MDS Systems has been implementing robotic, fully or semi-automatic production lines utilizing welding and brazing technologies.
We provide comprehensive design services, from creating initial concepts through to technical design, manufacturing components, and ultimately commissioning the lines at our clients' sites. Our experienced designers use advanced 3D CAD tools to prepare three-dimensional models of the designed lines, which are then subjected to simulations of real production processes in programs such as Robotexpert, RobotStudio, or Roboguide.
A modern machine park and measurement laboratory allow us to ensure that the components and parts we build for our lines are of the highest quality.
Based on such prepared projects, our specialized robotics, automation, and service teams conduct integration and commissioning of production.
