Skid transport

Bed conveyors designed for efficient and safe transport of skids carrying heavy loads, including car bodies. The steel structure, powder-coated, ensures high corrosion resistance and durability in harsh industrial conditions typical for paint and assembly lines. Working surfaces are made of wear-resistant materials, guaranteeing long device life.

Transport is carried out using driven rollers or belts, providing stable and smooth movement of heavy loads weighing up to several tons. The feeder can be equipped with a frequency inverter for speed control, allowing precise adjustment of operating parameters, minimizing mechanical stress. Additionally, there is the possibility to install end switches for skid positioning, ensuring accurate stopping and control of the transported elements’ position. The device can also be integrated with RFID systems, allowing automatic identification and tracking of skids during transport. Flow control systems

MDS Systems flow control systems include modern devices such as feeders, diverters, and turntables that enable precise management of the movement of, among others, skids with car bodies on production lines. The turntables offered in our portfolio allow rotation of transported loads by a specified angle, enabling flexible material flow adjustment in the facility, increasing efficiency and ergonomic operation.
