Inspection Platforms

Inspection platforms designed for quality control of paint coatings. Steel structure with powder-coated finish. The floor is covered with floor panels. The platforms are equipped with an LED lighting system with remote brightness adjustment in work sections. Entrances and exits are designed in accordance with safety requirements, including light curtains, emergency stop switches, and CE-compliant markings. The structure meets ergonomic requirements for operators and enables easy integration with the existing conveyor system.

 

Skid cleaning stations

The cleaning station is designed for effective and precise cleaning of in-plant transport carts. The steel structure, powder-coated, ensures corrosion resistance and durability in harsh industrial conditions. The working surfaces are made of durable, abrasion-resistant materials, guaranteeing a long service life of the station.
The station is equipped with an advanced system of roller brushes controlled by frequency converters and rubber covers that provide effective removal of contaminants while ensuring the safety of the cleaned components. The entire unit is ready for integration with the existing transport line. The station features PROFINET communication, emergency stop switches, and markings compliant with CE standards, ensuring safe operation for operators. The service and maintenance of the device have been designed to provide long-lasting, trouble-free operation and minimize production downtime.

Locking stations (skid-to-body)

The station is designed for precise and safe locking of the skid to the bodywork for the subsequent production stages. The powder-coated steel construction ensures high durability and resistance to industrial conditions. The system is based on pneumatic cylinders and frequency-controlled drives that perform sliding and rotary movements, providing stable and reliable locking.

The station is equipped with four clamping units and four locking units that operate simultaneously, pressing and rotating the locking elements, ensuring stability and safety of the skid-to-body connection. The positions of individual components are monitored by proximity sensors, and the process is secured by a series of diagnostic systems that detect faults and guarantee trouble-free operation.

The station’s control system is ready for full integration with the transport system and PROFINET communication. It includes emergency stop switches and markings compliant with applicable standards.

Thanks to the advanced locking control system and automatic fastening correctness test, the station minimizes the risk of unintended detachment of the bodywork from the skid, thereby eliminating potential production downtime.

Battery rack opening/closing stations

The rack opening and closing station (battery container station) is designed for precise and safe handling of locking and unlocking processes of battery containers within the production line. The powder-coated steel construction ensures high durability and resistance to industrial conditions.

The station consists of three modules, each equipped with pneumatic and electric elements that perform sliding, locking, and unlocking movements. On the passive side, there are sliding units, locking units, and pushing units, while the active side includes retraction units, locking units, centering unit (in the middle module only), and unlocking units driven by electric motors.

Positions of individual elements are controlled by proximity sensors and protected by safety systems such as light curtains and emergency stop switches compliant with applicable standards. The entire station is ready for integration with the transport system and PROFINET communication.

Additionally, the station features skid type detection sensors, allowing automatic adjustment to different types of containers. Service platforms facilitate maintenance and manual operation in case of unexpected stops.
